KIDS/TEENS REIKI COURSES

YOUTH LEVEL I REIKI COURSES

Please refer to the Reiki Level I course section for the majority of what is covered in the Youth course. It is the same as for the Adult course except that the course material is presented and covered in a more elementary, basic format, along with some games and crafts to enhance their learning about energy’s healing properties.

The Youth Level I Reiki courses are typically offered most often in the summer months and also occasionally during the spring break in March.  For youth classes, the course is taught in 4 consecutive weekday mornings or weekday afternoons with slightly fewer hours.

There are usually two approximate age groups for the Youth Level I course, one with the age range of 8 – 13 years old, the other from 14 – 18 years old.  Any ages outside of these ranges can be discussed to determine maturity or comfort levels which allows for some flexibility. The cost for the Youth Level I course is half the cost of the Adult course and no preliminary treatment beforehand is recommended unless the student feels they would like to experience a session in order to gain an understanding of what they will be learning in the course.

YOUTH LEVEL II REIKI COURSES

The same requirements and materials are covered as for the Adult Level II course with the exception that the fee is half the cost of the Adult Level II Course. See “Adult Level II Reiki Course” for more information of what is covered in the Youth Level II course.

"My Reiki experience/treatments through Susan have literally been life altering! I was destitute at the time that I discovered Reiki after having tried other techniques and was still needing a physical and emotional 'cleanse'. The Reiki technique in conjunction with Susan's amazing compassion and knowledge helped me to release and heal from childhood abuse and repetitive, recurring health issues like migraines, TMJ, anemia and panic attacks. Susan, I extend my greatest thanks to you!" – D.F., formerly of Burlington, now in B.C.
