This workshop, with visualizations and exercises, helps one get in touch with your own true voice, the voice you had when you were young, yet most likely has been suppressed. We all know the power of sound through speaking, singing, labor/delivery, healing work with toning, etc. This workshop provides enhancement within a Reiki treatment or workshop setting. It can also be powerful as a healing tool within one’s own personal growth for self-Reiki, distant healing treatments and other modalities or activities one in involved in such Breathing workshops, meditation, exercise programs, yoga, crystal healing, singing, Toastmaster’s, etc. Pre-requisite – Level I.
