This breathing technique brings more energy and oxygen to the body, new awareness of thinking & being, clearing & moving energy, empowering & connecting, aligning heart’s desires & regaining a sense of physical, emotional, mental & spiritual well-being. We have an introduction & demonstration, set an intention & then the breathe is 45 minutes and an integration and relaxation for 15 minutes, followed by sharing and interpreting (for those who feel like it) and snacks & teas & to complete, grounding exercises. This course is taught traditionally which requires a 3 month wait after having taken Level I and it is taught one-on-one with the master. This course consists of 3 three-hour sessions to be completed within a 2 week time frame that is set up to suit each of our schedules.
